VM icon tutorial
So [info]organza requested a tutorial for my coloring

1.Resize,crop your picture.Then add Unsharp mask(Filter-Sharpen-Unsharpen mask),amount - 50%
2.New #E6E6E6 Color burn layer
3.New #002456 Exclusion layer
4.Duplicate color burn layer and put it on the top
5.New #D7C7B5 color burn layer(opacity to your like,50-60)
6.Add 77words "soft" color texture on Screen
7.Now the most important part - your image brightness,"specific" coloring.(For my cap) duplicate base and set it to screen.Then duplicate screen layer 2 times(there must be 3 screen layers total) and you're done!

Nice tutorial. I tried it, and this is what I came up with.

Oooh, had to try this. This is what I got Image hosting by Photobucket - had to add a layer with 'overlay', but other than that I made it just like you said just to see how it turns out :) Great tutorial, thanks!

Oh,beautiful!Lovely cropping :) and i think that texture looks even better when it's placed at the bottom.Very original idea :D

I'm loving this tutorial~~! However, it seems like the texture you posted is gone now... but I picked out another soft color texture from 77WORDS. Thanks!! ^^
